SCRAMBLED TOFU

INGREDIENTS
TOFU
1/2 TSP TURMERIC
1 TSP GARLIC FLAKES
1 TSP CURRY POWDER
1 TBLSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
1 TBLSP MAPLE SYRUP
1 TBLSP WATER
1/4 TSP SALT
200g TOFU
1/2 ONION DICED
1/4 CAPSICUM DICED
OTHER
TOAST
AVOCADO
TOMATO RELISH
MUSHROOMS
SPROUTS
CORRIANDER

METHOD
STEP ONE combine turmeric, garlic, curry, nooch, maple, water and salt in a small bowl.
STEP TWO in a pan, heat onion until translucent. add capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes. fry tofu and sauce until moisture has fully absorbed.
STEP THREE serve with toast, avocado, tomato relish, mushrooms and sprout for a 'big breakfast' style meal
