KIDNEY BEAN BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

2 TINS ORGANIC KIDENY BEANS, DRAINED

1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER

1 CUP OATS

2/3 CUP MAPLE SYRUP

1/2 CUP COCONUT OIL

2 TSP VANILLA

1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

PINCH SALT

120G VEGAN CHOCOLATE, CHOPPED

METHOD

STEP ONE preheat your oven to 180 degrees (for energy saving, don't put on your oven until you're ready to cook the granola).

 

STEP TWO blend all ingredients (except chocolate) into a food processor until smooth

STEP THREE pour mixture into brownie tin and spread evenly. top with chocolate bits.

 

STEP FOUR bake in oven for 25 minutes. remove and allow to cool in brownie tin. enjoy feeding your cells these delicious, healthy snacks.
