EVERYDAY GRANOLA
VEGAN | GLUTEN FREE | REFINED SUGAR FREE

INGREDIENTS
2 CUPS NUTS (I USED ALMONDS AND WALNUTS)
2 CUPS OATS
1/2 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT
1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS
1/4 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/4 CUP PEPTIA SEEDS
1/2 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON
METHOD
STEP ONE preheat your oven to 180 degrees (for energy saving, don't put on your oven until you're ready to cook the granola).
STEP TWO combine all ingredients together except maple syrup and mix well. add maple syrup and stir until covered completely.
STEP THREE evenly spread granola mix onto a large lined baking tray. I like to use a silicone baking liner. cook in oven for 10 minutes.
STEP FOUR remove from oven, mix granola on tray and add coconut flakes. place back in oven for another 5 minutes (or until golden)
STEP FIVE allow to COOL COMPLETELY before placing in an airtight glass jar. this allows for the 'crunch' to remain until you've finished the granola.
